The more detail you can give, the faster we can fix it. When you email us, it helps to include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Your iOS version and device model (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18).
- The app version (Settings → About).
- A screenshot or screen recording, if you have one.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently erases your account and all of your fitness content from our database, and deletes your sign-in record. It cannot be undone. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Where is my data stored, and is it synced?
Your workouts and settings are stored on your device and synced to our backend so they’re available across your devices when you’re signed in. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
I’m having trouble signing in.
Make sure you’re using the same email you signed up with, and that you have a network connection. If you’re still stuck, email logan@clearcontracts.io and we’ll help you recover access.
